Cancellation Policy

Private charters:

 

Upon booking, we charge the full amount of the charter to your credit card.  If you have to cancel your trip within one month of your trip, we keep a 50% deposit and refund the remaining 50%.  If you cancel within a week of your trip, we keep the full amount of the charter, as it is very difficult for us to rebook that time.

We always try to reschedule your trip for you if you have scheduling issues with your original booking time, so that you don't have to cancel.  We try to be as flexible as possible.

If the forecast shows that it will rain or have potential lightning storms during your charter, we will try to reschedule your charter, and if we cannot, we will give you a full refund.  Weather decisions are at the sole discretion of Bimini charters.  We are very careful that you have a wonderful experience and your safety is of the utmost importance.

Mixed group public charters:

For our public charters, we provide a refund if you cancel up to 48 hours prior to your trip.  If you cancel within 48 hours of your trip, you do not receive a refund as we cannot rebook that trip.  The same weather cancellation policy as above applies to public charters - if Bimini charters cancels due to weather and we cannot reschedule you, you will receive a full refund.
